Manage complex customer migration projects from planning through completion, serving as the main customer contact and coordinating internal delivery teams.
Responsabilidades
- Manage the customer migration pipeline and maintain accurate project data
- Create customer-specific timelines, roadmaps, and transition plans
- Act as the primary customer contact throughout each migration
- Coordinate with Product, R&D, Technical Support, Customer Relations, and Delivery teams
- Identify blockers and risks, develop action plans, and implement solutions
- Report on project metrics, KPIs, and migration progress
Requisitos
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, industrial management, computer science, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience managing customer-facing implementation, delivery, or integration projects
- Hands-on experience with Priority ERP
- Business fluency in Hebrew and English, both written and verbal
- Strong stakeholder management, organizational, detail-oriented, and technical skills
