Responsabilidades
- Support commercial management of construction projects
- Assist in assessment and resolution of change orders and contractual matters
- Prepare and negotiate final accounts
- Prepare estimates, cost plans, and budgets
- Produce cost reports and commercial analyses
- Assist with tender and procurement activities
- Monitor project expenditure and report risks
- Maintain cost records and documentation
- Build relationships with clients and project teams
Requisitos
- Experience in pre- and post-contract cost management
- Degree or comparable experience in cost management or construction discipline
- Ability to manage own priorities and deadlines
- Willingness to travel for short periods
