An established construction company is hiring a Project Manager to lead a residential development project in central Israel from execution through handover.
Responsabilidades
- Manage the project end to end, from the start of construction through handover.
- Lead and manage site-based work teams.
- Manage subcontractors and suppliers.
- Own the project schedule and budget.
- Coordinate interfaces with all project stakeholders.
- Make on-site decisions and provide real-time solutions.
Requisitos
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is required.
- At least 3 years of experience managing residential construction projects from start to completion is required.
- Experience leading teams and managing subcontractors.
- Strong decision-making skills and a systems-level perspective.
- Responsibility, professionalism, and the ability to lead in a dynamic environment.
