Responsabilidades
- Manage the end-to-end chatbot roadmap and sprint delivery
- Translate business strategy into actionable chatbot experience improvements
- Communicate project updates and insights to diverse stakeholders
- Mentor team members and provide hands-on guidance on advanced prompting techniques
- Analyze chatbot performance data and drive continuous optimization
- Facilitate team meetings and support a collaborative team culture
Requisitos
- Demonstrated experience developing and managing chatbot strategies and roadmaps
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience mentoring and leading team members
- Experience with data analysis and KPI monitoring
- Hands-on experience with AI chatbot prompting for customer-facing solutions
- Fluent English
