Join a corporate bank onboarding team serving clients in Israel. Manage implementations of cash management solutions and coordinate delivery with clients, sales, product, operations, and other internal partners.
Responsabilidades
- Implement cash management solutions across projects of varying size and complexity.
- Manage multiple client projects concurrently as the central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Partner with sales, product, client service, operations, and other teams to deliver successful implementations.
- Create project plans, guide clients on their tasks, and host regular meetings to review progress.
- Coordinate delivery with internal and external parties within required timelines.
- Provide timely implementation updates and escalate risks to client experience or target dates.
- Support colleagues and identify process gaps, owning improvement initiatives where appropriate.
- Follow departmental policies and attend required meetings and training.
Requisitos
- Experience working with corporate or financial institution clients and strong client service skills
- Project management skills and experience
- Fluency in Hebrew
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication
- Excellent time management and prioritization in a high-pressure environment
- Ability to work independently and contribute to a small team
- Effective issue resolution and escalation skills
