Manage aircraft maintenance projects from planning through execution and quality control, coordinating cross-functional teams, customers, and external suppliers.
Responsabilidades
- Own end-to-end delivery of aircraft maintenance projects, including planning, coordination, execution, and quality control
- Define performance indicators and ensure business and technical project objectives are achieved
- Prepare periodic reports covering progress, risks, and corrective actions for plant management
- Lead engineering, logistics, and operations teams in a matrix environment, setting priorities and allocating resources
- Maintain professional communication with customers in Israel and abroad, including regular updates, expectation management, and complaint handling
- Coordinate with external suppliers in Israel and abroad to obtain parts, services, and support for related projects
- Initiate and implement improvements to maintenance efficiency, quality, and safety processes
Requisitos
- Practical engineering diploma in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or industrial engineering and management
- High-level English proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing
Se valora
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, industrial engineering and management, mechanical engineering, or aeronautics
- Proven project management experience in aviation
- Knowledge and experience performing aircraft installations
