Lead the full project lifecycle for automotive wireless communication chipset programs, coordinating engineering, validation, quality, operations, and release stakeholders.
Responsabilidades
- Own integrated long-term project plans, scope, milestones, dependencies, work packages, and cross-functional commitments.
- Monitor schedule health, deliverables, corrective actions, scope changes, and project performance against approved plans.
- Lead risk identification, analysis, treatment, escalation, mitigation tracking, and closure.
- Define and report measures for schedule, scope, risks, issues, dependencies, readiness, and delivery performance.
- Analyze performance trends and variances, communicate deviations, and drive corrective actions to completion.
- Lead lessons-learned activities and verify that prioritized process improvements deliver measurable benefits.
- Partner with release and integration leadership on objectives, readiness expectations, decision criteria, and release governance.
- Own project-level release gates and release-note accountability, ensuring decisions are evidence-based, documented, and acknowledged by stakeholders.
Requisitos
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science, systems engineering, industrial engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- At least 4 years of program management or related experience; substantial experience leading complex semiconductor, embedded systems, automotive electronics, wireless communications, modem, SoC, or comparable multidisciplinary technology programs is expected.
- Experience managing cross-functional development programs from planning through release and closure.
- Strong knowledge of project planning, risk and dependency management, metrics, governance, and continuous improvement.
- Experience in a structured product-development or process-assurance environment; Automotive SPICE familiarity is desirable.
- Ability to work effectively with geographically distributed engineering and business teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level status reporting.

- Experience with automotive wireless technologies, V2X, cellular connectivity, modem systems, multi-core SoCs, or PHY and system validation.
- Experience with Jira or comparable lifecycle-management tools, configuration management, dashboards, and structured change control.
- PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum, SAFe, Automotive SPICE, or comparable certification.
- Experience coordinating releases across hardware, firmware, software, test infrastructure, documentation, and customer or partner deliverables.
- Knowledge of product-development standards, audit readiness, traceability, and evidence-based governance.
