Responsabilidades
- Own end-to-end execution of critical software programs
- Lead cross-functional project delivery across departments
- Align technical implementation with business and product goals
- Identify and remove engineering roadblocks
- Collaborate with senior executives on strategic priorities
- Improve processes and technology to accelerate delivery
Requisitos
- B.Sc. in Computer Science or a related engineering field
- 3–7 years of experience managing or leading software development teams
- Hands-on software development expertise and architectural understanding
- Fluent English and Hebrew
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills
