Lead high-visibility software programs for an advanced computing company developing software-defined hardware and platforms for high-performance computing and artificial intelligence.
Responsabilidades
- Establish product and technical vision for the software group in collaboration with team leaders.
- Lead planning, development, and implementation across cross-functional teams delivering software platforms and products.
- Monitor projects, provide reporting, and manage risks from initiation through delivery.
- Address intergroup dependencies to support timely and successful completion.
- Lead process and methodology improvements and proactively resolve issues.
- Contribute to the product roadmap and new product introduction process.
Requisitos
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 6 years of experience in technical program or project management for software engineering projects supporting large-scale software groups.
- Hands-on experience with project management methodologies, preferably Agile, and tools such as Jira.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, analytical, communication, and management skills.
- Ability to take initiative and build productive working relationships.
Se valora
- Familiarity with DevOps, infrastructure management, and CI/CD pipeline definition.
- Background in high-performance computing or artificial intelligence.
- Customer-facing experience.
