Lead end-to-end programs for the development and production of advanced space cameras, coordinating customers, technical teams, schedules, resources, and delivery.
Responsabilidades
- Lead programs from contract award through execution, delivery, and ongoing support.
- Develop and manage work plans, scope, resources, and demanding schedules.
- Manage customer communication and relationships.
- Identify business opportunities and strengthen customer engagement.
- Lead cross-functional matrix teams across development, production, procurement, and technical disciplines.
- Prepare and present program reviews to management and customers.
Requisitos
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew and English.
- Strong interpersonal, leadership, assertiveness, and pragmatic problem-solving skills.
- Ability to learn quickly, accept feedback, and apply system-level thinking.
Se valora
- MBA.
- Experience managing large-scale development and production programs with budgets of tens of millions of dollars.
- Experience working with MAFAT.
