Lead technical release planning and execution infrastructure for integrated-circuit automated test programs across networking products, from new product introduction through production release.
Responsabilidades
- Own integrated-circuit automated test program release planning across networking products, including milestones, dependencies, risks, and release criteria.
- Build and maintain release dashboards covering readiness, blockers, release status, requirements mapping, coverage gaps, and ownership.
- Define and drive test engineering readiness plans for new products from early development through production release.
- Map test-readiness dependencies to test content and ensure requirements are tracked, covered, reviewed, and reflected in release decisions.
- Create and operate release processes, including release gates, checklists, approval flows, and escalation paths.
- Partner with test engineering, product engineering, silicon and platform teams, operations, and release stakeholders to identify technical risks and drive resolution.
- Standardize release documentation, training materials, handoff packages, and post-release lessons learned.
- Improve visibility and efficiency so test engineers can focus on test quality, coverage, debugging, and optimization.
Requisitos
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in new product introduction, production release processes, test readiness, or silicon bring-up.
- Strong technical background in semiconductor test engineering, product engineering, validation, or test engineering program development.
- Familiarity with test program structure, test limits, coverage, characterization, release criteria, and manufacturing constraints.
- Experience with program planning, dependency tracking, risk management, stakeholder alignment, and disciplined execution.
- Ability to translate engineering status into release decisions, dashboards, and management-level communications.
- Strong ownership and ability to create structure in ambiguous, cross-functional environments.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills, including dashboard definition, technical documentation, and training materials.
