Support the integration and adoption of robotic-assisted surgery systems in hospitals across Israel. Partner with clinical stakeholders, coordinate training, support operating room readiness, and help hospitals achieve operational self-sufficiency. The role requires more than 75% travel throughout
Responsabilidades
- Define program goals and metrics with robotic surgery stakeholders
- Lead regular program review meetings
- Develop surgeon and staff training plans
- Coordinate off-site training and post-training proctored cases
- Support surgeons and staff during learning sessions and technology adoption
- Use change management to engage clinical stakeholders and build buy-in
- Coach hospital staff toward skill transfer and operational self-sufficiency
- Coordinate with field service engineers and hospital staff to prepare operating rooms
Requisitos
- Bachelor’s degree, such as in biomedical engineering or nursing
- More than 2 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge and experience with operating rooms and surgical procedures
- Fluent English and Hebrew
- Willingness to travel more than 75% throughout Israel, including the far north
