Aerospace manufacturing organization seeking a Planning and Control Engineer to manage complex work programs, budgets, performance reporting, risks, and operational improvements in a matrixed environment.
Responsabilidades
- Manage complex work programs involving multiple constraints and resources.
- Manage project budgets and analyze performance against business objectives.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with manufacturing, engineering, quality, finance, and project management teams.
- Collect, organize, and analyze data, escalating deviations and exceptions to management.
- Prepare status, workload, risk-management, and KPI reports for customers and management.
- Implement information systems and improve factory work processes.
Requisitos
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management, Economics, or Logistics.
- At least two years of experience in planning and control, project management, or production planning and control.
- High-level English proficiency.
- Strong analytical and organizational capabilities.
Se valora
- Master’s degree.
- Experience with Microsoft Project.
- Knowledge of SAP PP, PS, MM, and CO modules.
