Lead the illicit trade prevention agenda in Israel for a global tobacco and smoke-free products manufacturer. The role is hybrid in Tel Aviv and involves coordinating internal teams, regulators, enforcement agencies, public stakeholders, and external partners.
Responsabilidades
- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of illicit trade prevention initiatives in Israel.
- Build integrated workplans, timelines, objectives, and performance measures.
- Drive alignment across internal functions and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with enforcement agencies, regulatory bodies, public stakeholders, and external partners.
- Monitor implementation progress, identify risks, and recommend optimization actions.
- Analyze data and KPIs to generate insights and support decision-making.
- Prepare leadership presentations, updates, and recommendations.
- Maintain visibility of priorities, timelines, risks, and progress.
- Improve planning effectiveness, ways of working, and execution excellence.
Requisitos
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics, political science, international relations, or a related field.
- Experience working with government bodies, enforcement agencies, regulators, or public-sector stakeholders.
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and managing multiple stakeholders.
- Project and program management capabilities.
- Ability to translate strategy into actionable plans and execution.
- Skills in data analysis and KPI management.
- Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
- Full proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to work with AI-enabled tools.
- Fluent English and Hebrew communication is mandatory.
