Lead and scale a delivery domain within a global professional services firm, overseeing complex technology programs, client outcomes, team development, and commercial growth.
Responsabilidades
- Lead and scale the delivery domain, establishing performance standards and scalable delivery methodologies.
- Govern end-to-end execution of large-scale technology portfolios, including ERP, SAP, and major IT transformations.
- Provide subject-matter leadership and architectural guidance for complex client challenges.
- Manage and mentor Project Managers while collaborating with development teams.
- Ensure service quality, SLA compliance, and client satisfaction.
- Build trusted-advisor relationships and support long-term client success.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand existing client accounts.
- Lead presales, solution design, commercial activities, and executive client presentations.
- Partner with business leadership and global network stakeholders to support unit growth.
Requisitos
- Significant experience managing IT projects.
- Experience managing technology teams or large-scale technology initiatives.
- Strong technology expertise with the ability to guide architectural decisions.
- Professional-level experience with Oracle, SAP, and ERP systems.
- Proven business development, client growth, and account expansion experience.
- Experience identifying business opportunities and driving commercial growth.
- Strong commercial judgment combined with solid technical understanding.
- Fluent English.
- Strong interpersonal and conflict-management skills, with high emotional intelligence.
- Ability to work independently, make decisions, manage high workloads, and prioritize effectively.
