Lead the Product organization for an enterprise EV charging management platform. Reporting to the CPO, you will turn executive strategy into a prioritized, resourced roadmap and build the organization, processes, and cross-functional partnerships needed to deliver it.
Responsabilidades
- Lead and scale Product Management, UX, and Technical Writing across Connectivity and Commercial product clusters.
- Hire, develop, retain, and manage team leads and individual contributors.
- Own performance management, career development, succession planning, and organizational design.
- Establish planning cadences, roadmap reviews, cross-cluster coordination, and release-quality standards.
- Translate CPO strategy into a prioritized and resourced roadmap.
- Balance enterprise commitments, platform investment, and longer-term strategic initiatives.
- Track roadmap delivery against plans, improve planning quality, and address scope or estimate drift.
- Partner with Engineering leadership on sequencing, trade-offs, dependencies, and realistic commitments.
- Embed UX and Technical Writing in roadmap planning and delivery.
- Represent Product in executive and cross-company forums, including deputizing for the CPO when appropriate.
- Coordinate with Sales, Customer Success, enterprise stakeholders, Data and AI, Platform, and Commercial leadership.
- Provide clear reporting on status, risks, and trade-offs to support executive decisions.
Requisitos
- At least 8 years of product management experience.
- At least 3 years leading product managers, designers, or writers through other managers.
- Experience structuring ambiguous, multi-team organizations with clear ownership, operating cadence, and accountability.
- Experience translating executive strategy into practical roadmaps that reflect engineering dependencies, sequencing, and trade-offs.
- Comfort working in a technical enterprise B2B or SaaS environment.
- Strong people leadership, organizational-building, and process-development skills.
- Direct, low-ego communication and the ability to operate as a peer to Engineering leadership and a strategic partner to the CPO.
