Responsabilidades
- Define and communicate product vision and strategy aligned with company goals
- Lead, mentor, and scale the product management team
- Prioritize product roadmaps based on customer needs, market trends, and business impact
- Partner with engineering, design, sales, marketing, and customer success on product delivery and adoption
- Engage customers and stakeholders to gather insights and validate product direction
- Drive data-informed product decisions and monitor performance metrics
- Promote Agile product development methodologies and best practices
Requisitos
- At least 8 years of product management experience in B2B SaaS environments
- At least 3 years of product leadership experience
- Proven ability to lead and mentor product teams
- Experience with complex enterprise customers and diverse stakeholder groups
- Strong strategic thinking, communication, and customer-focused product leadership skills
- Deep understanding of SaaS technologies, product lifecycle management, and Agile methodologies
- Track record of launching and scaling impactful products
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business-related field
- Excellent written and spoken English
