Lead the development of AI-driven products by connecting engineering execution, product strategy, and user needs across complex operational systems.
Responsabilidades
- Lead the design and integration of AI and natural language processing capabilities within large-scale operational systems.
- Define product requirements, roadmaps, and priorities with Engineering, Data, and UX teams.
- Manage proof-of-concept and innovation initiatives from concept through implementation.
- Translate user and operational needs into practical, scalable technical solutions.
- Collaborate with research, R&D, and operational teams to deliver new capabilities.
Requisitos
- At least 8 years of relevant experience in product management or senior engineering roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, such as computer science, electrical, industrial, software, or a related discipline.
- Strong understanding of cloud architectures, data integration, and AI or large language model solutions.
- Ability to connect engineering execution with product strategy and user value.
- Systems-level thinking and experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
