Senior Product Manager, Operational Systems

Own and scale the operational products and systems that support courier operations, dispatch, cash handling, and delivery efficiency across a multi-city platform.
Responsabilidades
- Own the end-to-end courier experience, including onboarding, activation, order acceptance, delivery workflows, cash handling, and performance visibility.
- Build and scale real-time operational and dispatch tools for monitoring, intervention, and data-driven decisions.
- Develop cash operations systems that improve reconciliation, reduce discrepancies, and strengthen financial controls.
- Own and optimize the order lifecycle, including assignment logic, zoning, delivery-time estimation, and marketplace efficiency.
- Partner with Operations, Engineering, Data, and other teams to turn complex operational challenges into scalable product solutions.
Requisitos
- At least 5 years of product management experience.
- At least 3 years of experience building operational or internal systems.
- Strong analytical and data-driven approach.
- Technical background and ability to communicate effectively with developers.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and secure stakeholder alignment.
- Strong communication and cross-functional leadership skills.
- Comfort working in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
- High ownership, initiative, and focus on operational efficiency and impact.
