Senior Product Manager – Networking Hardware Platforms

Lead the strategy, definition, development, validation, manufacturing, and deployment of high-end switch and routing platforms for AI networking infrastructure. Partner with engineering, customers, manufacturers, supply chain, marketing, and sales teams to deliver scalable, reliable hardware systems
Responsabilidades
- Define hardware product strategy, system architecture, platform specifications, and product roadmaps
- Provide product expertise and strategic direction across the lifecycle of high-end networking systems
- Partner with engineering on specifications, design trade-offs, PCB design, thermal solutions, power systems, and mechanical architecture
- Manage products from concept through development, validation, manufacturing, certification, and deployment
- Coordinate with contract manufacturers, ODMs, and supply chain partners for scaled production
- Gather customer requirements, validate solutions, and prioritize features
- Develop product positioning and go-to-market strategies with marketing and sales
- Monitor post-launch performance, analyze metrics, and drive product improvements
- Present product plans, business cases, and status updates to stakeholders and executives
Requisitos
- 10+ years of experience in product management or related roles focused on hardware systems
- Experience defining large-scale systems, including chassis, PCB, thermal, power, certification, and hardware homologation requirements
- Experience with hardware design, validation, and manufacturing processes
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple complex projects
- Experience working with supply chains, contract manufacturers, ODMs, and hardware partners
- Ability to define product strategy using market research, customer needs, and competitive analysis
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
Se valora
- Experience with networking hardware such as switches, routers, or high-performance data center systems
- Background in disaggregated networking, white-box systems, or large-scale infrastructure deployments
- Experience with hyperscalers, cloud providers, service providers, or large enterprise customers
- Understanding of performance, cost, power, and thermal trade-offs
- Knowledge of data center networking for AI clusters
- Experience with ASIC vendors or direct liquid cooling
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
