Own the enterprise platform roadmap across cloud, dedicated, on-premises, and white-label deployments, with responsibility for security, data residency, versioning, and administration.
Responsabilidades
- Own the roadmap for cloud multi-tenant, dedicated, on-premises, and white-label deployment models.
- Define white-label product requirements.
- Lead requirements for deployments involving data sovereignty, regulatory, or infrastructure constraints.
- Own the multi-region strategy, including data residency, regional expansion, and latency considerations.
- Define enterprise security and tenant-level policy requirements.
- Own versioning and upgrade strategy across deployment models.
- Define end-to-end user and account management, including provisioning, sign-in, roles, and permissions.
- Partner with engineering, security, sales, and customer success to deliver enterprise platform capabilities.
Requisitos
- At least 5 years of product management experience.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise platform, infrastructure, or security and compliance products.
- Understanding of enterprise security, deployment concepts, multi-region AWS infrastructure, and on-premises or dedicated deployments.
- Previous software development experience with the ability to read code, reason about architecture, and discuss technical trade-offs with engineers.
- Experience defining requirements for multi-tenant or white-label products, including account and user management.
- Experience translating regulatory and customer requirements into shippable features with security, compliance, and infrastructure teams.
- Strong product judgment and ability to sequence broad, cross-functional roadmaps into shippable plans.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for working with enterprise customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
