Senior Product Manager, CRO and Growth

Own conversion-rate optimization for performance marketing landing pages and the paid acquisition funnel at a consumer finance marketplace. Lead experimentation, landing-page optimization, analytics, and cross-functional delivery with Marketing, Engineering, Design, and BI.

Responsabilidades

  • Own and prioritize the CRO and landing-page experimentation roadmap across financial product verticals.
  • Create and optimize landing pages with Design, Engineering, and Marketing to improve relevance, load speed, conversion, and CMS capabilities.
  • Define experiment hypotheses, success metrics, minimum detectable effects, and statistical analyses.
  • Own paid-funnel KPIs, identify drop-off points, and prioritize high-impact improvements.
  • Coordinate implementation timelines with Engineering, instrumentation with BI, and campaign alignment with SEM.
  • Build dashboards covering experiment status, landing-page performance, and conversion trends.
  • Improve offline conversion data quality and ensure experiment outcomes inform Google Ads bidding signals.
  • Synthesize session recordings, heatmaps, funnel analytics, and qualitative feedback into testable hypotheses.

Requisitos

  • At least 5 years of product management experience focused on conversion-rate optimization, growth, or performance marketing products.
  • Hands-on experience designing, running, and analyzing landing-page or on-site-funnel A/B tests.
  • Understanding of statistical significance, sample sizing, and common experimentation pitfalls.
  • Strong knowledge of paid acquisition, Quality Score, landing-page relevance, campaign alignment, and paid-channel economics.
  • Ability to write clear product specifications and collaborate with engineers on implementation and front-end constraints.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Looker, or similar analytics tools.
  • A pragmatic, high-iteration approach to launching experiments.
  • Strong written English and the ability to present findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree; quantitative, engineering, or business background preferred.

Se valora

  • Experience in fintech, financial marketplaces, or lead generation.
  • Familiarity with Google Ads Quality Score and landing-page experience.
  • Experience with Strapi.
  • Experience with Optimizely, VWO, Google Optimize, or similar experimentation platforms.
  • Experience with session replay and funnel analytics tools such as Hotjar, FullStory, Mixpanel, or Amplitude.
  • Prior performance marketing or growth experience.
  • Experience managing experiments across mobile and desktop.
