Responsabilidades
- Own product areas across a claims management system and an agentic AI platform
- Research, map, and prioritize needs across the claims lifecycle with customers, users, and stakeholders
- Define product roadmaps, priorities, solutions, and success metrics
- Manage products from ideation through production and ongoing iteration
- Identify opportunities to expand customer value and increase claims automation
- Coordinate execution with engineering, design, delivery, and product teams
- Document and communicate product functionality and value
- Act as the subject-matter expert for the assigned product areas
Requisitos
- At least 5 years of product management experience delivering B2B software products
- Deep insurance domain expertise, ideally in insurtech and claims management
- Hands-on experience with AI-driven products, preferably LLMs, agentic workflows, decision support, or automation
- Experience owning the full product lifecycle from concept through production and iteration
- Experience working with UX/UI designers on user journeys and product flows
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Strong collaboration, leadership, organization, and process management abilities
