Lead customer-facing AI capabilities and internal agents from problem discovery through production. Build working prototypes, define quality standards, and help make product and R&D development more AI-native.
Responsabilidades
- Own AI products and assigned roadmap areas from discovery through production.
- Define priorities, measurable outcomes, evaluation criteria, quality thresholds, and release gates for AI features.
- Conduct user discovery, identify workflow friction, and prioritize problems across customer and internal use cases.
- Build and ship agents, tools, and prototypes with AI models and agentic coding tools.
- Move prototypes into production with real users, data, ownership, and appropriate engineering standards.
- Set go/no-go decisions for exploratory initiatives and stop work that does not demonstrate value.
- Help redesign the product and R&D lifecycle around AI agents and human judgment.
- Drive adoption, quality, guardrails, and ongoing monitoring for agents and tools used across teams.
- Contribute to transformation metrics and reporting against velocity goals.
- Teach, pair, and document AI-building practices across the organization.
Requisitos
- At least 5 years of product management experience with technical products and a record of shipping products used by real users.
- Professional software development experience or a technical degree combined with substantial hands-on building experience.
- Daily experience using current AI models and agentic coding tools to build working tools, agents, and prototypes.
- At least one production AI capability using LLMs, machine learning, or computer vision, with measurable business impact and defined quality controls.
- Experience working across multiple disciplines such as product, engineering, data, design, or operations.
- Strong product fundamentals, including discovery, prioritization, requirements, metrics, and decision-making.
- Ability to use SQL, notebooks, or business intelligence tools to answer product questions.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

- Experience with agent frameworks, MCP, evaluations, multi-agent workflows, or coding agents in CI/CD.
- Background in developer experience, internal platforms, or engineering productivity tools.
- Experience building internal tools that achieve sustained adoption.
- Startup or high-growth company experience, ideally introducing AI-native practices.
