Responsabilidades
- Work with customers, partners, and cross-functional teams to deliver network and security services
- Translate strategic product goals into actionable work and manage execution across departments
- Conduct product research and write detailed product design documents
- Manage feature delivery from definition through execution
- Create and deliver presentations for customers, partners, sales, customer success, and professional services teams
- Travel approximately once per quarter to meet customers and partners
Requisitos
- At least 5 years of B2B product management experience in an enterprise security software company
- 4–7 years of prior experience as a software developer, security researcher, product owner, security engineer, professional services engineer, or senior support engineer
- Extensive experience with SSE, SASE, remote access, cloud security, or enterprise browser solutions
- Ability to prioritize, communicate clearly, and influence cross-functional teams
- Customer-focused and commercially minded approach, including supporting sales activities
- Strong product vision and experience with market research, user research, competitive analysis, user behavior analysis, and customer feedback
- Strong presentation skills for internal and external audiences
- Strong UX understanding and experience collaborating with UX specialists
