Lead the strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of core experiences for an AI-powered B2B payments platform. Partner with engineering, design, sales, marketing, customers, and external partners to deliver scalable financial workflows and AI-driven capabilities.
Responsabilidades
- Own a core product domain, including strategy, execution, and outcomes
- Define requirements and lead cross-functional delivery with engineering, design, sales, and marketing
- Understand customer workflows, APIs, integrations, and system constraints
- Engage customers and prospects to validate solutions and support enterprise discussions
- Turn complex business processes into simple, scalable product experiences
- Define and launch AI-powered and agent-based capabilities for customer workflows and internal tools
- Monitor and improve technical reliability and business performance
- Track regulatory changes, industry trends, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities
Requisitos
- 4–6 years of product management experience in a product-focused company
- Strong technical fluency across APIs, data flows, integrations, and system design
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, including enterprise customer interaction
- Strong product judgment and UX intuition for complex workflows
- Analytical approach to prioritization and product decisions
- Ability to work independently, adapt quickly, and manage multiple initiatives
