Responsabilidades
- Own product-area strategy, roadmap, and execution
- Translate customer needs and business goals into prioritized features
- Define product requirements and user stories with engineering and design
- Manage the product backlog and balance strategic initiatives with delivery commitments
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including planning, refinement, retrospectives, and stand-ups
- Coordinate the full release lifecycle across product, design, engineering, customer success, marketing, and sales
- Identify customer pain points and product opportunities with internal stakeholders
- Shape an intuitive user experience in partnership with design
- Build knowledge of information security compliance frameworks
- Track product KPIs, feature adoption, and success metrics while supporting go-to-market activities
Requisitos
- 4–5 years of product management experience in a B2B SaaS environment
- Ability to turn ambiguous problems into product strategy and prioritized execution
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to influence stakeholders and align cross-functional teams around product vision
- Interest in technology, user experience, and solving customer problems through software
- Strong organization and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
