A cybersecurity company is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead product domains for enterprise security software, combining technical expertise with strategic product leadership.
Responsabilidades
- Own product domains from strategy and feature definition through delivery.
- Engage directly with customers to understand needs and pain points.
- Translate customer insights into actionable product work.
- Define features, backlogs, and product roadmaps.
- Collaborate with UX, design, and R&D teams on product delivery.
- Create alignment across sales, marketing, customer success, support, and R&D.
- Drive product growth and measurable impact.
Requisitos
- 2–3 years of product management experience, particularly with enterprise B2B products.
- 3–4 years of experience as a software developer or engineering team lead.
- Strong software engineering or DevOps background.
- Fluent English with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strategic, proactive, and delivery-focused mindset.
- Ability to lead product ownership and build solutions directly when needed.
