Lead the strategy, development, and continuous improvement of AI-powered financial products focused on growth, activation, and customer outcomes.
Responsabilidades
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, including discovery, solution definition, delivery, outcomes, and post-launch learning.
- Represent customer needs in prioritization and product decisions.
- Use evidence and customer insight to define measurable product outcomes.
- Design and launch AI-powered product capabilities at scale.
- Partner with go-to-market, KYC, compliance, and risk teams to deliver responsible initiatives.
- Communicate product decisions, priorities, and progress clearly to stakeholders.
- Use AI tools to improve research, synthesis, and execution workflows.
Requisitos
- At least 5 years of product management experience.
- Track record of owning business outcomes for growth, activation, or funnel-driven products.
- Hands-on experience building AI-powered product features.
- Experience setting product strategy, developing roadmaps, and adapting plans based on evidence.
- Strong customer focus and ability to translate customer needs into product priorities.
- Technically fluent enough to collaborate substantively with engineering teams and make product trade-offs.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder alignment skills.
- Comfort working with ambiguity and cross-functional complexity.
