Lead strategic product initiatives for an enterprise identity security platform. Own the product lifecycle from discovery and requirements through launch and adoption, partnering with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success.
Responsabilidades
- Lead strategy, roadmap, and execution for core security features
- Own product discovery, requirements, launch, and adoption
- Engage customers, security practitioners, and partners to validate use cases
- Use data, research, product telemetry, and customer feedback to guide decisions
- Write product requirements documents and technical specifications
- Prioritize and manage the product backlog
- Partner with go-to-market teams on launches, enablement, and adoption
Requisitos
- At least 5 years of product management experience focused on cybersecurity or identity management
- Strong technical background and hands-on cybersecurity experience
- Ability to analyze complex problems and develop actionable solutions
- Proven ability to execute cross-functional projects under constraints
- Strong written, verbal, communication, and storytelling skills
- Fluent English
- Comfort working across time zones with distributed teams
Se valora
- Hands-on experience with IAM, PAM, IGA, or machine and service identity platforms
- Familiarity with cloud-native architectures, APIs, and identity governance
- Experience launching technical products end to end
- Startup or fast-paced environment experience
- Background in non-human identity
