Lead product strategy and execution for an enterprise identity and security platform. Own product areas end to end, from customer discovery and validation through development, launch, and iteration.
Responsabilidades
- Own product priorities, requirements, and roadmap across key platform areas.
- Take new capabilities from customer problems and early concepts through validation, development, launch, and iteration.
- Research IAM workflows, identity infrastructure, access challenges, and integration requirements.
- Work directly with enterprise customers and design partners to uncover needs and validate solutions.
- Partner with engineering and design to deliver high-quality products and integrations.
- Translate complex identity and security concepts into intuitive workflows and product experiences.
- Use AI-native workflows, prototypes, and lightweight technical experiments to test ideas rapidly.
- Establish product processes, tools, and practices as the organization scales.
Requisitos
- 5+ years of product management experience, including ownership of technical B2B products.
- Hands-on experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM), including SSO, authentication, authorization, MFA, identity lifecycle management, access governance, IdPs, or IGA.
- Experience with enterprise security, infrastructure, developer, or similarly technical products.
- Proven experience taking products or major capabilities from zero to one.
- Experience partnering with engineering teams on technically complex products and integrations.
- Strong customer-facing skills and the ability to translate complex enterprise needs into scalable product solutions.
- Strong product judgment and prioritization skills in ambiguous environments.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
- Comfort using AI tools, agents, prototypes, and technical experiments to research, validate, and build products.
- High ownership and the ability to work quickly in an early-stage startup environment.
