Lead the development of licensed physical consumer products, translating digital entertainment IP into commercially relevant product ranges and collections.
Responsabilidades
- Build and shape the consumer product development strategy across licensing categories.
- Identify market, design, and consumer trends and turn them into product opportunities.
- Define product categories, collections, and product lines for the company’s brands and consumers.
- Manage collaboration with licensees and external partners throughout product development.
- Provide creative direction and feedback on brand identity, visual language, and quality standards.
- Bridge internal creative and product teams with external licensing partners.
- Review product concepts, materials, packaging, and samples.
- Help partners translate digital intellectual property into commercially relevant physical products.
Requisitos
- At least 4 years of relevant product development experience in licensing or consumer products.
- Proven experience developing physical consumer products from concept through product-line development.
- Experience managing manufacturers and factories, including pricing negotiations and product development processes.
- Strong understanding of consumer, retail, and design trends.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to balance creative, brand, commercial, product, and market considerations.
- Ability to work independently and establish effective processes.
Se valora
- Background in design, product design, fashion, graphic design, or a related creative discipline.
- Experience with entertainment, gaming, or character-based intellectual property.
- Experience working with major international brands or globally recognized licensed IP.
- Experience across one or more consumer product categories.
