Lead the product strategy and lifecycle evolution of a networking software stack for data center, cloud, and AI infrastructure. Partner with engineering teams, customers, and ecosystem stakeholders to turn complex technical needs into scalable products and deployments.
Responsabilidades
- Own product strategy and lifecycle management from vision and customer requirements through roadmap development, launch, scaled delivery, and improvement.
- Coordinate technical strategy across AI product, engineering, architecture, customer, and ecosystem teams.
- Advocate adoption of networking libraries and microservices, and guide development of new APIs and services.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams in setting priorities and defining actionable requirements.
- Build customer and ecosystem partnerships, provide technical guidance, and support large-scale AI and cloud deployments.
- Develop use cases and reference applications that communicate product value to technical and executive audiences.
- Analyze customer feedback, market trends, complementary products, and competitive offerings to define future products.
Requisitos
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, communications engineering, software engineering, or equivalent experience.
- At least 12 years of experience in R&D, architecture, and program management, including product management leadership in data center networking.
- Experience defining and executing inbound and outbound product strategy across complex technologies and cross-functional organizations.
- Strong knowledge of hardware-accelerated networking protocols and technologies, including RDMA, Ethernet, DPDK, and OVS.
- Experience delivering Linux-based networking software frameworks and SDKs for cloud providers, hyperscalers, and large enterprises.
- Ability to translate customer and business insights into networking solutions and align technical requirements with strategic goals.
- MBA or equivalent business experience, with strong technical and business understanding.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder alignment skills in complex, global organizations.
Se valora
- Experience with data center clusters, AI networking, storage, security, or orchestration.
- Hands-on knowledge of networking infrastructure, DPU architecture, programmable networking pipelines, or embedded solutions.
- Experience leading complex hardware and software system development, including SDKs, services, embedded software, and hardware.
- Experience partnering with major customers on networking and cloud infrastructure deployments.
- International product management experience and background in R&D or engineering program management.
