Lead growth initiatives from research through launch, using customer insights, data, A/B testing, and cross-functional execution to improve acquisition, engagement, retention, and monetization.
Responsabilidades
- Own and execute growth strategy across acquisition, retention, and monetization.
- Research customer behavior and pain points to identify growth opportunities.
- Define and track KPIs to measure performance and optimize impact.
- Lead continuous A/B testing and iterative experimentation.
- Set product vision and develop roadmaps aligned with customer and business needs.
- Collaborate with Design, Engineering, Data Science, and Marketing to deliver growth initiatives.
Requisitos
- 6+ years of product management experience in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
- Deep expertise in growth methodologies, A/B testing, conversion optimization, and engagement strategies.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform product decisions.
- Experience with end-to-end product execution, from strategy and ideation through implementation and optimization.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills for influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Proactive, hands-on approach to solving problems and delivering results.
- Availability to work in an office environment most days of the week.
