Responsabilidades
- Own a portfolio of conversational AI products and use cases end to end, including roadmaps, requirements, launches, performance, and iteration
- Define and monitor success metrics covering renter value, partner value, business outcomes, and conversational quality
- Identify opportunities, validate use cases, and lead AI products through development, launch, and scale
- Review conversations, investigate product behavior, analyze metrics and feedback, and make day-to-day product decisions
- Translate ambiguous problems and validated feedback into requirements, product specifications, tickets, prioritization decisions, and recommendations
- Own evaluation activities including feedback tagging, language tests, data labeling, and insights
- Run A/B tests and Data Science experiments to validate product improvements
- Drive shared conversation-engine improvements across products and close quality gaps with Engineering and Data Science
- Participate closely in quality assurance, launches, stakeholder alignment, and post-launch optimization
Requisitos
- At least 5 years of experience in product management, technical program management, or engineering with strong execution experience
- Experience with AI/ML or conversational products is preferred
- Excellent written communication and documentation skills in English
- Strong analytical, methodical, and detail-oriented approach
- Ability to own ambiguous work and deliver tested products with limited oversight
- Based in Israel and willing to work late evenings Monday through Thursday to overlap with a US-based team
