Lead the development of an AI platform that provides reusable capabilities, standards, and governance for AI-powered products across a B2B SaaS organization. Partner with engineering, data, and product teams to shape technical direction and enable scalable adoption.
Responsabilidades
- Own key areas of the AI platform roadmap
- Define reusable AI capabilities such as retrieval, embeddings, scoring, and agent tooling
- Shape the evaluation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of AI systems in production
- Partner with engineering on architecture and technical trade-offs
- Help define AI governance and controls for quality, safety, cost, and transparency
- Enable product teams to adopt AI capabilities across the platform
- Improve developer and product team experience when building AI features
- Define AI standards, best practices, and ways of working
Requisitos
- At least 6 years of product management experience in B2B SaaS or platform-oriented environments
- Experience working on AI-powered products, preferably including generative AI
- Strong technical understanding and the ability to work with engineers on complex systems
- Familiarity with large language models, retrieval, or data-driven systems
- Strong product judgment across user needs, business goals, and technical constraints
- Experience with data, metrics, and experimentation
- Ability to work across teams and drive alignment in ambiguous environments
- Strong communication and product decision-making skills
