Seeking an experienced Product & Program Manager to own the product strategy and lifecycle for a digital textile printing platform. Collaborate across teams to deliver customer-driven solutions. Requires 5+ years of product management experience.
Responsabilidades
- Define and execute product strategy and roadmap for the digital textile printing platform.
- Lead the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration across sales, R&D, operations, and service.
- Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Translate market needs into actionable product plans.
- Create sales enablement tools and train global teams and partners.
- Support pre-sale and business development initiatives.
- Track product performance and continuously optimize for impact.
Requisitos
- 5+ years of product management experience in complex environments.
- Proven track record of leading end-to-end product initiatives.
- Strong technical orientation with business acumen.
- Excellent collaboration skills across teams and geographies.
- Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
