Own a defined product area for a generative AI platform used by creators and brands. Translate AI capabilities into intuitive experiences and ship measurable product improvements through hands-on prototyping, specification, and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsabilidades
- Own a defined product area from idea through shipment.
- Create working prototypes, instrumentation plans, success metrics, and operational specifications for engineering and AI implementation.
- Translate evolving AI model capabilities into intuitive, high-quality user experiences.
- Balance user needs, technical constraints, and business goals when shaping product capabilities.
- Collaborate in a small, fast-moving cross-functional product pod.
- Measure engagement and retention impact and iterate on the product.
Requisitos
- Hands-on experience as a video creator or AI video creator, supported by a strong portfolio and high creative standards.
- Deep understanding of creator workflows and limitations of current generative AI tools.
- Strong product judgment and the ability to create a Definition of Ready comprising a working prototype, data events, success metrics, and a buildable specification.
- Strong UI/UX intuition for simplifying complex systems.
- Analytical, data-driven approach to defining impact metrics.
- Hands-on experience with modern AI tools for prototyping and building.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional stakeholder alignment.
