A full-time hybrid role in Petah Tikva leading AI and GenAI products for insurance and finance. Work across business, data, technology, and UX teams to take solutions from initial needs through production and impact measurement.
Responsabilidades
- Lead AI and GenAI products and solutions from business need discovery through specification, implementation, production launch, and impact measurement.
- Analyze data and identify product opportunities.
- Work on core business processes such as underwriting, claims, and customer service.
- Collaborate closely with business users, data science, development, and UX teams.
Requisitos
- At least three years of end-to-end product management experience in a commercial company.
- Proven experience taking a GenAI- or ML-based product, feature, or process to production.
- Experience working with data, including analysis, defining metrics, and data-informed decision-making.
- Experience coordinating across data, development, UX, and business stakeholders.
Se valora
- Basic SQL and Python skills, including running scripts or notebooks and independently retrieving and analyzing data.
- A bachelor's degree, preferably in a quantitative field such as industrial engineering, economics, computer science, or statistics.
- Background in finance, insurance, pensions, or fintech.
- Experience in a large, matrixed organization.
- Experience building automations or prototypes with AI tools such as Claude Code or Cursor.
