Lead a team of Product Managers responsible for core areas of an AI-native cybersecurity platform. Own product strategy and delivery while coaching PMs and partnering with engineering, design, leadership, and enterprise customers.
Responsabilidades
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Product Managers
- Own product strategy and roadmaps across multiple related product areas
- Define problems, prioritize work, and drive execution across the team’s scope
- Partner with engineering and design leads on product direction, technical decisions, and delivery plans
- Represent product strategy with internal stakeholders, customers, and executive leadership
- Engage enterprise customers to understand security operations workflows and challenges
- Translate company goals into objectives and priorities for the product team
- Identify opportunities to improve security operations and analyst workflows through AI-native approaches
- Lead competitive analysis and market research to inform product decisions and positioning
- Support go-to-market initiatives through product narratives and cross-functional alignment
- Promote product quality, customer focus, and execution discipline
Requisitos
- At least 5 years of Product Management experience in B2B enterprise SaaS
- At least 2 years of experience leading or mentoring Product Managers, or serving as a de facto team lead
- At least 4 years of experience in cybersecurity, security analytics, or security operations
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Experience defining and delivering products in complex technical domains
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving engineering, design, sales, marketing, and customer teams
- Strong ability to combine people leadership with hands-on product ownership
- Ability to influence stakeholders across levels and functions
