Own the strategy, prioritization, and execution of a core platform engine powering cloud and application security products. Lead integration standards, platform capabilities, and collaboration across engineering and product teams in a hybrid role based in Rehovot or Tel Aviv, Israel.
Responsabilidades
- Lead product strategy, prioritization, and backlog management for core engineering teams
- Define platform standards, interfaces, and capabilities that improve interoperability across internal products
- Partner with R&D leaders and product managers to support future product innovation
- Define and monitor key platform metrics
- Align executive and technical stakeholders by translating complex platform capabilities into business value
- Drive the strategy and execution of a core security engine and its cross-product integration framework
Requisitos
- At least 3 years of product management experience with platform products, cloud infrastructure, core developer tools, or backend enterprise solutions
- Strong strategic and technical aptitude, including the ability to define product strategy and translate complex systems needs into actionable roadmaps
- Knowledge of networking concepts, proxy architectures, or web security fundamentals
- Ability to align multiple engineering teams, influence technical leaders, and build cross-functional consensus
- Ability to balance foundational platform development with immediate cross-product delivery needs
Se valora
- Experience in engineering, system architecture, or a technical leadership role
- Experience with platform and API integration, cloud architecture, APIs, microservices, and platform ecosystem design
- Experience in modern agile environments such as SAFe or Scrum
- Experience building internal software platforms or developer ecosystems
