Responsabilidades
- Coordinate execution across Product, Business, R&D, Content, and Design teams
- Align Product and Business stakeholders on priorities, requirements, and timelines
- Translate product strategy into actionable initiatives and execution plans with Product Managers
- Lead the rollout of product capabilities and ensure operational readiness
- Build, manage, and maintain company websites across multiple platforms
- Create and analyze user segments and A/B tests
- Manage cross-unit projects, including scope, timelines, dependencies, and quality
- Improve workflows and operational efficiency using AI, automation, and scalable solutions
Requisitos
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in Product Operations, Project Management, Business Operations, or a similar role
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, project management, and execution skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent cross-functional communication and collaboration skills
- Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented approach
- Ability to identify process improvements and use AI and automation to increase efficiency
- Bachelor’s degree
- Full professional proficiency in written and spoken English
