Responsabilidades
- Own assigned products and features from ideation through launch and ongoing optimization
- Gather and analyze stakeholder requirements and translate them into product specifications
- Prioritize features, trade-offs, fixes, and delivery timelines
- Collaborate with engineering, QA, and integrations teams on applications, back-office tools, and APIs
- Monitor product performance and identify improvement opportunities
- Maintain a structured product backlog and provide transparent progress updates
- Conduct product discovery across industry trends, regulatory requirements, and customer needs in payments
- Partner with risk, compliance, finance, and banking teams on regulatory and security standards
- Define and refine UX/UI for applications and back-office products
- Create prototypes, wireframes, and user flows using AI-powered design tools
Requisitos
- Strong written and spoken English
- 2–4 years of experience as a Product Manager
- Experience managing technological products such as applications, back-office systems, and APIs
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment
