Lead performance strategy for a live mobile strategy game, improving player engagement, retention, monetization, and lifecycle outcomes through analytics and experimentation.
Responsabilidades
- Lead strategy and optimization for LiveOps systems, recurring events, and monetization features.
- Analyze live features and systems using data, experimentation, and player insights.
- Establish scalable frameworks, KPIs, and best practices for LiveOps performance management.
- Translate player behavior, sentiment, and friction-point insights into product strategies.
- Develop roadmap recommendations using performance analysis, competitive benchmarking, and market insights.
- Partner with Product Marketing, Product Operations, Design, Economy, Analytics, UX, Research, Community, and leadership teams.
- Mentor product managers and support accountability, collaboration, iteration, and operational excellence.
Requisitos
- Product management experience with significant ownership of LiveOps, monetization, or engagement systems in a free-to-play mobile game.
- Track record of improving engagement, monetization, retention, or player lifecycle performance.
- Strong analytical and strategic skills, including translating performance metrics into product direction.
- Experience influencing cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
- Understanding of player motivations, progression systems, monetization strategy, and economy balance in mobile free-to-play games.
- Ability to work in fast-paced, iterative live environments with evolving priorities and complex systems.
