Join a hands-on product team in Ramat Gan and own technology product features from idea through launch, measurement, and continuous improvement. The role is full-time and office-based five days per week.
Responsabilidades
- Own product features end to end, including definition, specifications, tickets, development collaboration, and production validation.
- Track product and traffic outcomes using rankings, clicks, Search Console, GA4, and PostHog.
- Build and improve AI agents and automations for research, quality assurance, analysis, and product work.
- Run a weekly product review cycle to understand performance changes and determine next steps.
- Monitor released work and continuously improve products based on results.
Requisitos
- At least 2 years of experience working on a technology product in product management, development, UX/UI, or a closely related role.
- Hands-on experience building AI-powered automations, agents, skills, or workflows that performed meaningful work.
- Excellent written English for creating tickets, specifications, and prompts.
- Strong ownership, independent problem-solving, curiosity, and ability to learn unfamiliar domains.
- Ability to evaluate AI-generated results critically and identify incorrect answers.
