- Own the product vision for data ingestion, processing, and access.
- Lead and mentor a team of product managers.
- Translate complex data requirements into clear product specifications.
- Partner with engineering, data science, clinical experts, and customers to ensure data quality and usability.
- Drive cross-team technical initiatives end-to-end.
- Establish key metrics to measure platform performance and impact.
Requisitos
- 4+ years leading product teams with a track record of growing people.
- Startup mindset: comfortable with ambiguity and fast growth.
- Experience leading B2B products and collaborating with partners.
- Strong technical orientation to understand complex data systems.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with large-scale data platforms including data ingestion, transformation, and access.
- Ability to define and track success metrics.
