Responsabilidades
- Own and administer core financial and corporate applications, primarily ERP systems
- Lead end-to-end implementation of new platforms and cross-functional business processes
- Design and deliver integrations and automations across finance and corporate systems
- Identify and apply AI-driven opportunities to improve business operations
- Lead strategic projects from kickoff through launch, managing scope, timelines, and stakeholder alignment
- Gather business requirements and maintain product roadmaps with senior stakeholders
- Write detailed product specifications and epic-level documentation for engineering teams
- Manage vendors across finance and corporate application platforms
Requisitos
- At least 8 years of experience with financial and corporate applications
- Hands-on experience implementing and administering ERP systems, preferably NetSuite, and other corporate applications
- Experience designing integrations and automations across complex business systems
- Experience leading platform deployments and cross-functional workflow initiatives
- Practical knowledge of finance and accounting processes, including billing, revenue, accounts payable, and collections
- Experience partnering with senior stakeholders across Finance, Procurement, Legal, FP&A, and HR Operations
- Technical experience building integrations, writing data queries, developing AI agents, or configuring enterprise applications
- Strong organizational, prioritization, presentation, communication, vendor-management, and problem-solving skills
