A leading business management platform for independent service businesses is seeking a Director of Product Management to own its financial products portfolio, including payments, banking, and capital. The role involves leading new initiatives, managing vendors, and driving financial product strategy.
Responsabilidades
- Own the financial products portfolio including payments processing, Balance (banking), Capital (lending), instant payouts, and territory expansion.
- Identify and drive new standalone initiatives leveraging financial products from idea through product-market fit.
- Track market trends in payments, fintech, and embedded finance to bring relevant developments to members.
- Manage vendor relationships with Stripe, Plaid, Unit, and QuickBooks, including contract negotiation and roadmap alignment.
- Own financial metrics such as GPV, take-rate, unit economics, margins, fraud loss, and vendor costs.
Requisitos
- 8+ years of product management experience
- Deep domain in payments, fintech, or B2B financial products
- Experience building 0-to-1 products and scaling live products
- Ability to act as executive counterpart to vendor and partner leadership
- Experience with US and international expansion (UK/EU/AU) in payments
- Experience with regulatory and fraud challenges
