Lead the Israel-based product management organization for a cybersecurity company. You will manage Product Managers, define product strategy, prioritize roadmaps, and partner with engineering, customers, sales, and executive leadership to scale the product organization.
Responsabilidades
- Lead, mentor, and grow the Israel-based Product Management team.
- Define and execute product strategy aligned with company goals and customer needs.
- Own roadmap prioritization and execution across multiple product areas.
- Coach Product Managers and support their career development.
- Partner with Engineering leadership to deliver impactful products.
- Engage enterprise customers to understand their challenges and identify product opportunities.
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and executive leadership.
- Use customer insights, data, and business priorities to guide product decisions.
- Help develop product culture, processes, and best practices.
Requisitos
- At least 5 years of Product Management experience.
- Previous experience managing Product Managers.
- Proven ability to define product strategy and drive roadmap execution.
- Experience working with enterprise customers.
- Experience in technology-focused cybersecurity companies.
- Strong product judgment and execution skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Customer-focused approach and empathy for customer needs.
- Analytical, curious approach to solving complex customer problems.

- Experience collaborating with US-based leadership and stakeholders.
- Background in cloud security, vulnerability management, exposure management, identity security, data security, endpoint security, Zero Trust, or cyber resilience.
