Responsabilidades
- Lead and develop a team of four Product Managers
- Own product strategy and roadmaps for Accounts Payable Automation and Mass Payments
- Balance customer needs, enterprise finance workflows, API scalability, and market direction
- Track execution and manage sprint scoping
- Partner with development and product teams
- Develop deep expertise in customer needs and product capabilities
- Engage executive stakeholders and align needs with the overall product roadmap
Requisitos
- 6–8 years of experience as a Product Manager for a web-based B2B SaaS product
- At least 3 years of direct management experience overseeing Product Managers
- Relevant academic degree
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Experience balancing customer needs, enterprise finance workflows, API scalability, and market direction
- Strong leadership, mentorship, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines
- Thorough attention to detail and practical problem-solving ability
